Hit that Noggin Inc., (HTN) is a healthcare information services company started in 2017 that provides premier consulting services in the Oracle Cerner and Epic platform to healthcare organizations.

Our goal is to maximize physician throughput and integrate organization workflows in a meaningful manner. We modify the build of the backend tools so they are in line with your organization’s initiatives, and deliver business outcomes that ultimately contribute to your organization’s bottom line.

Hatim Barma
Founder & Executive Consultant
Hatim has been working with the Oracle Cerner platform since 2011. He is a results-driven health IT executive with proven ability in developing client-based project scope, implementing strategic recommendations to tackle the big problems faced by large healthcare players, and executing on timelines. He offers more than 13 years of experience concentrated in Oracle Cerner EMR design, build, maintenance and implementation.
Hatim has successfully led 20+ client-based Oracle Cerner projects stretching across 100+ hospital and health systems in the U.S. and Canada focused on streamlining the transition to the Cerner solution. He has led and implemented over 100+ go-live conversions, attaining maximum provider satisfaction in over 20+ specialties.
Prior to starting HTN, Hatim spent five years as an employee of Cerner (now Oracle Health), working closely with several different healthcare organizations to transition them successfully to the Cerner platform.
Hatim’s experience at Cerner led him to believe that it is critical to be embedded in the healthcare organization and develop relationships with all users to understand the core gaps within the organization. He founded Hit That Noggin in 2017 with this unique service philosophy in mind.
As Founder & Executive Consultant, Hatim ensures all client healthcare stakeholders reach their goals and maximize their efficiency with solutions that are functional, maintainable and sustainable.
Hatim graduated from Purdue University in 2010.

Chief Financial Officer
Sabrina has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, serving a diverse range of businesses.
As a banker, she successfully managed her customers’ finances and assisted them in promoting overall growth as well as facilitating more efficient business operations with strategic consulting.
In her current role with Hit That Noggin, Sabrina supports our consultants, resolves issues, and assists with forecasting and financial management to meet the company’s long- and short-term goals.
